Pale Flare provides professional photography and videography masterclasses, workshops, and educational services in Australia. Our Services include:

• Portrait Photography Masterclasses
• Wedding Photography Courses
• Commercial Videography Training
• Documentary Filming Workshops
• Educational materials and resources
• Certification programs

3. Registration and Account

3.1 Account Creation

To enroll in our courses, you must create an account and provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3.2 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services. By using our Services, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

4. Course Enrollment and Payment

4.1 Enrollment

Course enrollment is subject to availability. We reserve the right to cancel courses due to insufficient enrollment or other circumstances beyond our control.

4.2 Fees and Payment

Course fees are due upon enrollment unless otherwise specified. All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. Payment methods accepted include credit cards, debit cards, and bank transfers.

4.3 Refund Policy

Refunds may be provided under the following conditions:

• Full refund: Cancellation at least 14 days before course start date
• 50% refund: Cancellation 7-13 days before course start date
• No refund: Cancellation less than 7 days before course start date
• Course cancellation by Pale Flare: Full refund

5. Course Attendance and Conduct

5.1 Attendance

Regular attendance is required for course completion and certification. Students missing more than 20% of scheduled sessions may not receive certification.

5.2 Code of Conduct

Students must conduct themselves professionally and respectfully. Inappropriate behavior, including harassment, discrimination, or disruption, may result in removal from courses without refund.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Course Materials

All course materials, including but not limited to presentations, handouts, videos, and assignments, are the intellectual property of Pale Flare and are provided for educational purposes only.

6.2 Student Work

Students retain ownership of their original creative work produced during courses. However, Pale Flare may use student work for promotional purposes with appropriate attribution and consent.

7. Equipment and Liability

7.1 Equipment Use

Students are responsible for proper use and care of provided equipment. Damage due to negligence or misuse may result in replacement charges.

7.2 Limitation of Liability

Pale Flare's liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific course. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

9. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our Services constitutes acceptance of modified Terms.

We may terminate or suspend your access to our Services immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or our business.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Australian Capital Territory and Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of the Australian Capital Territory.
